Guest Code
The Guest Code
Eight points every guest agrees to on arrival, plus what to expect from the floor.
On Arrival
Eight Points to Know Before You Sit
- You must be eighteen or over to enter; identification is checked at the door every night.
- Your chips are issued to keep the count of a game and carry no cash value at any table.
- Everything you play here happens in person, at this address — nothing is online.
- No gaming machines stand anywhere in the building, at any hour.
- You book your table for dinner and your seat at the cards as two separate reservations.
- You are welcome to change tables between hands if a dealer has a free seat elsewhere.
- Your phone stays off the felt; a shelf by the door is there for it.
- You settle your dinner bill before moving through to the card room.
What to Expect
Two Things the Floor Promises You
Every table gets the same house dealer standard, whichever night and whichever game you choose.
Nothing about the evening changes for how much you're playing with — chips settle points, not money.
House Discretion
What Staff May Decide
- You may be asked to move tables if a game needs an even number of players.
- You may be asked to leave without a stated reason, in line with normal venue practice.
- You accept the house dealer's ruling on any hand as final.
