Menu — Dinner at Coastal Veranda Parlour
A short coastal menu, served from six, booked apart from a seat at the cards.
Three Courses, Not a Minute More

The kitchen runs a short, coastal menu, changed with whatever the district around Ulverstone is producing that week.
Three courses at most, plated quickly enough that the cards aren't waiting long.
Bookings for dinner and for the tables are always kept separate.
Starters
Pumpkin soup, or pipis with garlic and parsley.
Mains
Leven River trout, or local grass-fed beef.
Sweets
Sticky date pudding, or scones with jam and cream.
Four Steps to a Table
- Call the front desk and ask for a dinner booking, stating the time you'd like.
- Tables are held for a quarter of an hour past the booked time.
- A dinner booking does not include a seat at the cards — ask for both separately.
- Pay for dinner at the table before moving through to the parlour.
